The Sri Lanka College of Military Medicine (SLCOMM) conducted a Sponsorship Partnership Meeting to engage potential sponsors for its Continuing Professional Development (CPD) Programmes and Annual Academic Sessions (AAS) scheduled for February 2027. Twenty-three representatives from 14 leading pharmaceutical companies attended, reflecting the strong partnership between the healthcare industry and the College in promoting professional education.

Induction Ceremony of the President, SLCOMM 2026/2027

The Sri Lanka College of Military Medicine ceremonially inducted Air Commodore Harsha Kariyapperuma as its 10th President for the 2026/2027 term. The event was graced by Air Marshal Bandu Edirisinghe, Commander of the Sri Lanka Air Force, as Chief Guest, and Professor Vajira Dissanayake, Dean of the Faculty of Medicine, University of Colombo, as Guest of Honour.
The newly inducted President unveiled the year's theme: "Defenders Above and Beyond: Strengthening Military Medicine for a Resilient Future."
